Once we have received approval to proceed, we will begin with the next steps of planning your project. Conducting a walkthrough of your property and area(s) where we will perform our work is next. During this step, we will inspect the areas where we will be performing work, creating instructions for the preparation of the area and preventative measures to ensure we protect your property and valuables from damage. We will also note any pre-existing damages and share those with you before beginning our work.

We will begin our work once our planning and prep work is compiled and ready. This will include preparing the work area, installing protective materials like drop cloths and plastic coverings, surface cleaning, and preparation, painting applications, daily inspections of our work and progress, touch-ups, and a walkthrough of your project before completion.

As your project progresses, we will be in constant communication with you to keep you in the loop as we work towards completion. This will allow you to follow our process as we reach each milestone of the project and provide you with feedback and updates as our work ensues. This way, as we complete each step, you can offer your input and adjust direction if you want to change the scope of work.
